I am committed to maintaining your confidentiality and privacy. I strictly conform to HIPPA laws and NASW Code of Ethics. I will not discuss your information or your case with anyone without your consent with exceptions to legal limits of confidentiality.

Insurance

I do not participate in any in-network mental health insurance plans. However, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to learn whether you are eligible.

I will provide your insurance company with the required clinical documentation and provide you with a completed monthly health insurance claim form for reimbursement. If you decide to get treatment elsewhere, I will do my best to guide you in the right direction.
